How Maven Works
- Consultation. We meet with you, and your builder or designer if you like, to learn how you want the home to work.
- Design. Your manager puts together a room-by-room plan and an itemized proposal. You review it and we adjust it before anything is final.
- Pre-wire and build. We run cable while the walls are open and coordinate with the other trades on site, so keypads, speakers and equipment end up in the right places.
- Install and program. We install the equipment and program lighting scenes, shade schedules, audio zones and security to fit your routines.
- Walkthrough and training. We walk you through every system in person and set up the app on your phones.
- Ongoing support. After move-in, you still have one local team to call for questions, changes and service.
