Natural Light, Indoors
Ketra Lighting Dealer in Wisconsin: Light That Follows the Sun
Most LED lights are one color all day. Ketra is different. Its tunable LEDs shift from crisp, cool daylight in the morning to warm, candle-like light at night - automatically.
Evolved Habitat is a Ketra lighting dealer in Wisconsin, based in Green Bay. We design, install and program Ketra for homes in Green Bay, the Fox Valley and Door County, as part of our Lutron lighting work.
Light that feels like daylight
What Is Ketra Lighting?
Ketra is a line of tunable LED lamps and fixtures made by Lutron. Each light can change both brightness and color temperature, and stays smooth and even when dimmed low.
Ketra runs on Lutron's lighting control system, so it uses the same keypads, scenes and app as the rest of your home. Want the system side explained? See Lutron lighting control.
Tunable White: Cool Mornings, Warm Evenings
Morning to Night →
With tunable white, the same ceiling light can be bright and cool while you make breakfast, then warm and low at dinner. You don't need two sets of fixtures to get both.
This matters in Wisconsin. Short winter days and long gray stretches make a home feel dark. Ketra can bring up bright, daylight-like light indoors when the sun isn't cooperating.
Natural Light and Circadian Lighting
Natural daylight changes all day - cooler at midday, warmer at sunrise and sunset. Ketra can follow that same curve on its own, so light inside your home tracks the time of day.
Many homeowners use this "natural show" in kitchens, living areas and bedrooms. Light gets warmer and dimmer as bedtime gets closer, with no buttons to press.
Art, Gallery and Accent Lighting
If you own art, Ketra lets you light it the way it was meant to be seen. Ketra lights are designed for strong color accuracy, so paint, wood and fabric show their true color.
You can also fine-tune each piece. Warm up a landscape painting, cool down a modern piece, or dim a sculpture spotlight for evening - all from a keypad.
Where Ketra Works Best in Your Home
- Kitchens and great rooms - bright, cool task light by day; warm, relaxed light at night.
- Primary bedrooms and baths - gentle, warm light in the evening and soft night light.
- Art walls, galleries and collections - accurate color and precise beam control.
- Lake homes and Door County vacation homes - rooms that feel bright on cloudy days and cozy in the evening.
- Home offices - clear, daylight-like light for long workdays.
Ketra Scenes and Schedules
Ketra uses the same scenes and schedules as Lutron lighting control. A "Dinner" button can set warm, low light. A "Clean Up" button can bring up bright, neutral light.
And because Ketra is part of the Lutron system, it works with Lutron motorized shades - so daylight from the windows and light from the ceiling can be managed together.
Why Work With a Local Ketra Dealer?
Ketra needs careful design: which fixtures, where, and how each scene should look. As a Lutron Black Diamond dealer, Evolved Habitat designs Ketra together with your full Lutron HomeWorks or RadioRA 3 system - not as an add-on.
We work with builders, architects and interior designers on new construction in Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh and Door County, and we support the system after install. Learn about our Lutron work.

What is the difference between Ketra and regular smart lighting?
Regular smart lighting controls when lights turn on and how bright they are. Ketra also controls the color of the light, so it can feel like natural daylight at noon and warm candlelight at night.
Can Ketra follow a natural daylight schedule?
Yes. Ketra can automatically shift color temperature through the day to follow the sun, getting warmer and dimmer toward evening.
Does Ketra work with Lutron HomeWorks?
Yes. Ketra is part of the Lutron family and is controlled through Lutron's lighting system, using the same keypads, scenes and app.
Do you install Ketra in Door County and the Fox Valley?
Yes. We install Ketra in Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Neenah, and Door County communities including Sturgeon Bay, Egg Harbor, Fish Creek, Ephraim and Sister Bay.
